"The place smell like mildew and mold. Steps going to rooms are super dangerous. Everything was very out dated."

"The room had no outlets next to the bed to plug chargers into. We were told there was a clock on the night stand to plug into but it was not there.the a/c system sounded like a jet plane taking off. The road noise was loud in the room so the cars and motorcycles could be heard all night. We ate in the bar restaurant one night and it was so cold from the A/c you needed a jacket and this was in April it was not hot outside. I’m sure there are better options in the area. "

Plenty of amenities & a great staff that will go out of their way to make your stay a memorable experience. Not many hotels I can honestly give a FIVE STAR REVIEW to but Beach Side Hotel & Suites deserves all “5” STARS! Oh, we frequently come to Cocoa Beach & always book at this Hotel! "Loved it was very close to port canaveral, as got off cruise ship and stayed the weekend for beach time , and it was very close as well . Loved watching the dolphins in the river and the boats traveling by. Lots of room for the 6 of us , kids Loved the extra rooms for them . We ate at the restaurant on site and was excellent food great service ! This is second time staying at the resort and live it !"
