"Nice large room with a huge balcony featuring a lovely mountain view. Beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The bathroom was very spacious; a closing shower door would have been nice but thats a minor gripe. Location was convenient for the bus downtown, which was paid for thanks to the complimentary Lucerne travel card. Overall a very nice and peaceful stay - we would stay there again."

"Everything we needed was in the room: fridge, bottled water, coffee machine, shower gel, box of tissues. We were very well looked after by all staff. An added bonus was that the hotel is in a quiet area, 20-minutes away from central Lucerne by bus, with a bus stop right outside the hotel, buses every 30 minutes and free with the visitor bus pass. Would definitely stay here whenever we're in Lucerne again."

"Very nice small hotel , Nathalie was very helpful at the front desk proving info and giving us a pass for transportation in the city. Room was spotless although smalll ..the ac was wonderful , it was extremely hot outside but we slept great ! Location of hotel was great too"

"The location was perfect and very central. Our room was very spacious and the kitchen was really nice to have. My son enjoyed having the fold-out sofa for his own bed. The different levels (even on the same floor) and many stairs are not the easiest to navigate with luggage. And the self check-in and mandatory check-out was also fairly confusing. But the cafe staff were as helpful as they could be. The laundry room was also a nice addition since we were well into our trip here and needed that...
