The house was perfect for cooking up some warm comfort food . And after hours of tubing, nothing beats unwinding in the hot tub . Highly recommend for a fun, relaxing winter getaway! "

"Great place to stay. I'm not into fancy or boujee hotels, so when i give this place 5 stars, i'm not talking about a $1000 a night gold plated Hilton hotel room. I'm going to be using the room to sleep in, and chill after a day of adventuring. This hotel checks all the boxes for that. Good location right off the 80 in west Truckee. Easy parking. Comfy beds. Mini fridge and microwave. Continental breakfast with muffins, oatmeal, breakfast sandwiches or burritos. Some fruit, coffee, cocoa. Staff is cool af. There are some good food options in walking distance. Safeway, old Truckee, and such are a few minute drive. For what i'm after, this is a great hotel. "

"We were welcomed by a beautiful gift basket. Greg left his phone number so we could quickly contact him with any issues. The downstairs pool table was such a treat. It automatically divided the house into a fun zone and relaxation zone."

"This is a great family-friendly cabin close to Truckee. Our 3 generation family of 9 enjoyed our Thanksgiving dinner there. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our dinner and to store our leftovers. There were plenty of games for all to play and a dusting of snow to enjoy outside. Our two grand-dogs were welcomed which made the trip that much more enjoyable. We hope to return."
