"The rooms were clean but I am not satisfied with the check in process at this location. I stood in line for about one hour to get checked in only to be told that the room was not ready due to the Cardinals Cubs game making the hotel booked to capacity and the cleaning staff could not clean the rooms fast enough. We finally got a room after we went to the game which was at 6:15 pm. Even then it took about 15 minutes to get to the desk to check in. Our check in time was at 4:00 and we finally got into our room at about 9:00-9:30 pm. I’m sure there were at least 20 customers in line after me waiting for a room. At breakfast they ran out of juice and I saw no eggs. I did get coffee. I will never stay at this location again with that type of of service."

"The staff were kind and friendly! The valet was fast even though the parking garage was 2 blocks away. My boyfriend had to be a plumber and fix the toilet since it kept running non stop. He also turned into a HVAC worker because the grate to the air unit was loose and was making a jack hammer noise. Other than that it was a very pretty and beautiful hotel!"

"It was an above average stay, the hotel was maintained. The pool was cold, great for summer. Breakfast was excellent and the staff for breakfast also great! No loyalty points were allowed as we had booked through an alternate booking site. That was disappointing. Overall we would stay again."

"Only great thing about the hotel is the location. Nice having Starbucks in the lobby. Lots of lines. Line to drop off car for valet. Line to check in. Line to take elevator. Valet is not really valet because you have to walk to West Tower and pick up your car in the garage upon check out. Phone extension on valet card is not a working number."
