"The ocean view from room 917 was relaxing and breathtaking on the balcony. The proximity to main attractions was great. The indoor pool was not as large as it appeared online. I did not care for the indoor pool being divided by a glass wall that had the small restaurant on the other side. I also was expecting to take my granddaughter to the arcade but the staff said they longer had an arcade. The free public washers and dryers were an appreciated amenity. The front desk sold detergent for $1....

"Amazing stay! Everything about this place exceeded my expectations. The deposit is only $11 (for parking), which is very reasonable compared to other hotels. The staff are incredibly friendly and always available, truly one of the best parts of the experience. The rooms are spotless, and I’ve stayed here multiple times and it’s always been consistently clean and comfortable. You really don’t need to leave the hotel, everything is right there! Pool, restaurants, bar, shops, and an awesome café...

"We had a wonderful second stay at the Dune Suite Oceanfront and had a great time once again. This time we stayed on the 5th floor with an ocean-facing room, and the view was absolutely amazing. Our suite had a cute small kitchen with a nice-sized refrigerator, which was very convenient. The bed and pillows were comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. One small note is that our room only had a thick sheet rather than a traditional blanket, which may not be warm enough for...

"When we arrived for our stay the room wasn’t ready. When the room was ready the door wouldn’t open so they had go into thru the window to fix the lock. The room had misty scent. This room was a suite so there was a second room with a door, in that room with NO AC. I tried several times to get refund but they did not refund even after we checked out! We checked an hour after checking in. Think twice before booking. I DON’T RECOMMEND.!!!!"

"Check in was easy with it off season. We loved their warm complimentary cookie and they were nice giving us a room high up with a tub as requested for my son. Expedia said it had a deep soaking tub but apparently none of them have them and some only have showers so that was disappointing as my tall boyfriend was looking forward to finally fitting in a tub to soak in. $10 per night is extra to park. My son loved the indoor pool and I enjoyed the hot tub. I love the all glass ceiling and walls it...

"Staff was lovely through and through. We were on the 7th floor, street facing, end of the building. The room was clean, though dusty (its expected with the location). The bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows, plenty of towels, the dishes were homestly a nice touch for our leftovers, the room was spacious, and the balcony was nice for when we popped out in the morning. The sound echoed in from neighboring rooms, which was rough at times. The tv is basic with the usual 50ish channels......

"Staff was great, we arrived in the area early and were allowed to check in, front desk was extremely friendly. This was a spacious and clean room. The view was better than described almost a full view of the ocean. The only slight complaint is that the bathroom in this room was tight but overall and 9 outta 10 and I would def recommend. And we didnt eat a whole meal in the resteruant but did get pasties and they were delicious! "
