"Our anniversary trip to Swiss was unforgettable thanks to BEAUSiTE. Quality of their service was beyond our expectations, such as a welcome message note along with the afternoon snacks provided daily on a beautiful china set as well as providing bottle water as we check out to keep us hydrated during our travels. Everything little details were organized thoughtfully to make guests feel comfortable and pleasant. Sabrina at the front was very professional and thoughtful as well as rest of the other staffs at the hotel. They also provided the pick up service to and from the hotel on a cute electronic shuttle bus following the environmental guidelines of the village(no gasoline vehicles) Overall it was a very pleasant and memorable stay and I would definitely come back."

"we had a very nice large room on the top floor with amazing views of the Matterhorn. The pool was very nice and had special jets that helped ease our muscles after a long day of hiking. The hotel was just far enough off the main strip we didn’t hear the all the noise of any late night activities but still close enough we could walk to all shops and restaurants. If we ever make it back to Switzerland we will be looking to stay here again. "

"We’ve been to 5 cities and had 5 hotels, so far, Le Mazot was the best! We were able to check in early, room was ready. We were notified a few days earlier about our room, code at front door, etc. The best was breakfast was included with the room. Variety of choices, staff was great! Highly recommended when you’re in Zermatt! "
