"Beautiful facility. Excellent breakfast. Very accommodating staff"

"Absolutely beautiful hotel. I booked this hotel as an emergency stay as I forgot to book a place to stay and recharge for a few hours before my next flight and I’m so glad I chose to stay with them because hot damn this hotel was absolutely SPACIOUS than most hotels I chose to stay at here in Vietnam! It’s an absolute CRIME I didn’t get the chance to dip into the pool but just being able to see it up there was straight beautiful! Especially captivating at night! Don’t get me started on the...

"Great location; very close to everything; having a spa inside the hotel was a plus. I had a great experience. The staff are all friendly and welcoming. It will be great if the bell boy has an actual name badge instead of bell man. The young boy was super nice. It would have been great if we knew his name. Please consider having a lift from the Main Street up to the entrance to make it disabled people friendly. Limited options for the breakfast."

"Great location and staff. Clean and well mentioned hotel. Perfect stay"

"The location is perfect, close to attractions a short walk away from Hoan Kiem lake area. The staff are so helpful, giving useful tips. The room has everything you need. A comfortable stay. Would recommend."

"This is a fantastic location staff were amazing and very attentive Lots of shops close by and lots to choose from"

"Ther main thing about staying in this property is how professional the staff were. They must train them well, and they have a great attitude. I can't mention all of the things they did - but they helped me set up the Grab app on my phone and link it to my account; and when I checked out early to catch transport to Sapa, they made me a packed breakfast on their own initiative. They really made it easy for me with everything about being in a new city."

"clean and updated room. professional and friendly staff. breakfast is abundant. five star all the way."

"Very cost effective and friendly staffs"

"Su Casa is a great apartment properry in Hanoi. It has a great location, very attentive staff, clean, spacious rooms, fast WiFI, and a nice roofdeck lounging area. Our 2 BR 3rd floor aprtment had a wonderful floor to ceiling wondow overlooking the Old Quarter and a great kitchen area for making small meals. We had a minor issues with checkinf in but Su Casa has a a "hot line" that easily solved our problem. We shy away from staying at larhe cjaom jotels when we travel and prefer local properties...

"Service was impeccable. There's always someone to open the door and help with luggage. Rooms are a touch outdated but very well maintained and clean. We were on the 6th floor and there was minimal noise. Overall the room was a really nice oasis to return to after a day in the heat and hustle of Hanoi. They change the towels and sheets and clean the room on a daily basis. There is a terrace on the top floor which we regret not visiting and a gym which was adequate for us. They also had...

"The place is in a small alley, so it may be a bit difficult to find. There is a noodle place (MỲ NGÕ) on the corner before turning into the alley where Bi Eco Suites is. It is quiet and the room was clean with amenities that you need (pitcher of water, glasses, soap, shampoo, towels, etc.) Overall, I would give it 4.5 out of 5 (clean, quiet room, location, value, etc.) A few things to note, though. You need to coordinate check-in with the staff, as there is no one manning the desk and...

"Conveniently located in the Hanoi Old Quarter. Room was clean and quiet even though we are in middle of town. Staff are friendly and helpful with recommendations. Good variety of breakfast food available to accommodate different cultures. Plenty of restaurants and shops in the area."
