"Staff was courteous. The hotel was also very kind and accommodating, to reserve lower floor and great parking as we are seniors and no elevator. I would have given it 5 star, had it actually had a seat cover on the toilet... as people take showers or potty, and there was only the back of toilet top to put whatever to change into, or toss it on the floor or towel out to dress in the rest of the hotel room. Sink etc. area was out in the room as well, which was fine & some do have that, but no clue...
