"The room had stains on the wall something red and trash behind the side table also naked wires coming out of the cieling. They also charge a $100 deposit which is not stated on the site you don't find out about it until you've checked in already if you ise a card you won't get it back for 5 to 7 businesses days which sucks. Other than that it was alright."

"The hotel was clean. The pool was closed for maintenance, but no one told us. It was the major attraction for my children when I made the reservation, so they were terribly disappointed. I suggested to the desk clerk that that information ought to have been put on their website, and he told me that they were forbidden to do so. And three times out of five when I needed to go to the reception desk, no one was there, including when I needed to check out. And there is no way to ask someone to come. Staff was friendly when they could be found."

"Pool & hot tub were out of service. Breakfast was average. We booked through a third party so we’re placed at the end of the hall 2nd floor & heard a pipe/water noise throughout the night. "

"I will start by saying the front desk staff were very kind. The room that we stayed in was nice. It was big and clean. The bed was clean but the mattress was very firm. We were on the second floor and there was a horrible smell (rotten fish???) that you could tell they were trying to hide/cover up with air freshener. That is a terrible mix! Down another hallway on the same floor was a very strong pet urine smell like it was set in the carpet. Yes they allow dogs. It was disappointing that there was not breakfast provided but that is my fault for not checking that before booking. There also not an area to gather to hang out with others if you’re looking to do that. We were in town for a baseball tournament and we enjoy hanging out with the team families during down time. "

"Air conditioner did not work sweated all night and the bed was very crunchy and uncomfortable. The desk closes at 10 p.m so if you have a problem there's no one to help with it."
