"The Spillway did not disappoint. We only wish we hadn’t stayed longer. The units are brand new and in great condition. Nice kitchenette and breakfast bar makes it easy to enjoy food in but there are a few good options just a couple blocks away, but with a sauna, hot tub, bikes, kayaks all available on the property, you can also make a case for not leaving. We had a great time here. As a bonus the upper level (1BR) units have a common outdoor connection that is like a private backyard that is clutch for anyone traveling with kiddos or pups."

"Great location between Petosky and Bay Harbor. Only a short drive to Harbor Springs. Great restaurants and shopping close by. Hotel is very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend if your staying in the Petosky area."

"A quick trip to Petoskey for relaxation. Great little inn at a fabulous price. Clean. Easy in and out, good coffee in the morning. No breakfast but plenty of places around town for that. "
