"Wonderful stay. Place was clean, comfortable and the staff and customer service was excellent and kind. The actual room had faulty faucet on the sink and toilet paper holder as well. I informed the front desk of such as well gave a recommendation to place small shelf on the standing shower’s wall so toiletries could be placed there for easy access. She took a note and said she would give it to maintenance. I did feel safe and appreciated. Also, I loved the breakfast options and it was convenient due to health issues, for me as well as others. Thank you so much. I will stay there again when I go back to Buffalo."

"I have stayed here at least 4 different times and everytime the service and cleanliness is exceptional. Easy check in.. good breakfast.. nice pool.. very friendly housekeeping.. comfy bed. "

"Love the employees....all exceptionally nice! The room was very nice as well. The cleaning crew left linens all over the hallway as we went to our room .... That would be my only complaint is their methods."
