"I thought it would be suitable for the night since we drove five hours to Buffalo. When we arrived and received the key, my 2 sons and grandson refused to stay. There were stains on the bed and on the box spring there appeared to be fecal stains on it. There were plenty of unfavorable people hanging out in the parking lot. "This was the first time I stayed at a cheap motel and it was indeed that... a cheap motel but worse than I could imagine. Room was cold and reeked of cigarette smoke. Previous guest had left dirty underwear on the floor, it was not removed by the cleaners. Front desk person wasn't there on arrival or departure and phone didn't work. Cable TV also didn't work. Never again!"
