"Staying at this hotel was a last minute thing due to a mix up at our original booking and I have to say it was a godsend! We arrived 45 minutes after booking and were welcomed by friendly staff and a very clean room. The location was great and we went on a bike ride around the very quaint village and down by the river. I would definitely stay here again as it’s a great village hotel with great staff."

Pre arrival we were given information on local eateries and advice re booking.
Extras like milk in a communal fridge in the lounge were appreciated.
Daily top ups of water and biscuits in our room.
Bins emptied daily and room tidied.
Excellent breakfast choices and beautifully presented.
We had a very comfortable stay and would highly recommend."
