"Very clean, extremely friendly and helpful staff. Loved the breakfast in the restaurant across the parking lot. Air conditioning worked great and kept the air in the room fresh and cool. The little duck theme in design was very cute, brought smile to my face every time I saw one. Also, just a 5-minute bus ride to downtown, loved it!"

"Beautifully maintained hotel with lovely rooms. Great attention to cleanliness. Had a small issue with the TV and the staff were very quick to rectify the problem. Everyone was very nice and helpful"

"Just a concerned about the late check out question with not response"

"it was a nice clean modern place to stay. The amenities were nice to have, the pool and hot tub the beds were comfortable. When I book again I will do it directly and ask first a room on the orher side as the highway is quite loud in the early morning."

"A couple friends and I were in Kelowna for a night to watch a band play. We found an affordable room that was a short Uber away. Because I booked the room and went home earlier, I took the bedroom, my friends used the Murphy bed in the living room. We all had great and comfortable sleeps. "Very nice location and great customer service"

"Our hosts, Suzana and Allen, were very welcoming. The home is immaculate and tastefully decorated. The highlight of course was breakfast each day. The eating area is bright and cheery with a wonderful view of the valley. Suzana prepared a delicious variety of foods with fresh, local ingredients - many dishes were her own recipes. Allen brewed fresh coffee every morning and kept our cups topped up. On our last morning we were also treated to his Apple Cottage Cheese Bake. We especially liked that...

"The hotel was clean and roomy, the second floor facing the street goes out to a huge patio. The staff were upbeat and the morning breakfast had a lot to offer. The only thing missing was a microwave in the room."

"The room was clean and quiet. Very spacious for 2 people. Breakfast buffet had a nice assortment of items."

"Cable box electrocuted my son due to torn wires"

"Stayed 3 nights in Kelowna while attending an event at Prospera Place only 7 min. drive away. Breakfast included was a priority & was good enough, but the breakfast room was sometimes too crowded to find a seat. Room spacious & adequately updated. Seemed clean, but then I noticed after walking across the room barefoot that the bottom of my feet were dirty. The dark vinyl plank flooring hid a dirty floor. Housekeeping was by request only. Overall a good stay, convenient location."
