"£17 car parking 2 minutes away. Could hear trains all through the night. Towels were stained. Ok value for what we paid. "

"Generally ok, but trip was spoilt by 3 fire alarms, one interrupting our breakfast. Our room was very warm, we couldn’t turn the heating down so had to sleep with the window open and listen to traffic noise "

"Hotel is about a 5/10 minute walk from Piccadilly Station and a couple of minutes walk from the Piccadilly Garden Tram Stop. Check in was easy, just had an extra £1.20 night hotel tax to pay which I already knew about. Staff were friendly and helpful, had an issue getting into my room to on returning after a concert, 2 keys tried but then they got a night porter to let me in (the battery on the door lock was having issues) The room was big enough for me, the bed, there was a desk and a chair. There was a walk in shower and the room and bathroom was to a clean standard. Breakfast started serving at 7am on a weekend and because of the door issue, I took everything with me to breakfast so I could check out after. Choice or cold and warm buffet, they had items like cereal, cheese, ham slices, salami slices, bread, croissants, sausage, bacon, scrambled egg, beans, hash browns and toast. There was also coffees and juices. I believe this is an extra cost (it was already included in my room rate) I would stay here again, even with the foot issues I encountered "

"Hotel convenient if you have early flights or staying after you have returned late at night. Don't like the atrium design, it makes the bar area cold. "
