"The hotel is very nice. It is older but kept well. Check in was slow as there were only 2 servicing maybe a line of 20. Valet is also slow as the cars are taken a distance away. It is downtown so there are some homeless nearby. Not their fault obviously but it is sad to see. Overall the location is great. I think effort is made to make the experience the best they can with some adversities. I would stay there again."

"Spent a night recently on 8th floor. Room nice overall, comfy bed but wow was it loud. Between ac and all the outside noise....could barely sleep. Fine for a night but longer stay...maybe a different room. Also noticed our bathtub was literally coming apart. Overdue maintenance/repairs. A really good place to stay for a night but will consider others next time for a visit to this area."

"The staff was fabulous! The room was clean. There is a complimentary breakfast. The laundry room was nice. There were plenty of luggage carriers. It was perfect for us for our last two nights before our flight out. If you have mobility trouble you should request a room close to the elevator."

"This hotel has valet parking only at $47/day. The staff was very nice. The room appeared clean until I dropped something on the floor under the furniture and the bathroom vanity and had dust balls attached. I requested some coffee pods and creamer from the front desk, but they never came to my door. We had breakfast in the restaurant and had a wonderful waitress."
