I had to go back next door to report the issues. The manager brought a different refrigerator and remote promptly. However, when I started to shower it took 22 minutes for the hot water to be warm."

"Debbie is as sweet as they come. She goes above and beyond to help. BUT Room 138 had a flooded bathroom and holes burned in the bedding. Moved to 139. The room is horrible. There was no hot water at all. Poor Debbie had to work a double because no one came to relieve her. She was so tired this morning, she fell asleep and didn't get coffee going. This is no way to run a motel. "
