"I’m a returning guest, and I enjoyed my experience at the Park Lane Hotel. Everything was very nice and I felt very comfortable during my stay. My concerns… the mini fridge was not stocked with anything, zero snacks and drinks. No ice machine on my floor, or anywhere else, nothing, but there’s an ice bucket in the room?? And no coffee machine in the room or coffee pods. Unbelievable. What does the daily resort fee cover? WIFi? I’m sure they negotiate a discount rate for WIFI, but every guest...

"Other than being in a room right by a door that kept slamming occasionally at night, everything about this hotel was AMAZING. Clean, safe area, and good service. Highly recommend! "

"We were welcomed by the friendliest front desk staff after driving from the Midwest extremely tired and were given a beautiful corner room with a view to Times Square. The pool, the pool bar and the rooftop bar and food were excellent. Would stay here again! "
