Great Facility!
This home is tastefully finished and incredibly clean. Many surfaces were installed with the idea the home would have a great deal of traffic and are protected. There were several seating areas that provided ample opportunity to sit in small groups or have some alone time. There are 6 or 8 card table chairs available that enabled our group of 10 to work around the dining room table. The card table chairs also provided seating for the deck. The homeowners provide cabinet locks - don't make the same mistake my kids did and assume those cabinets aren't accessible (although I was proud they respected boundaries). Those cabinets had the pans inside that we had already gone to the local Dollar General to purchase in order to cook breakfast. Once we located the pans behind the locks, the kitchen was very well-stocked. Very nice neighborhood and ample driveway parking. The only things we could have used were a grill and outside chairs. The deck is very nice, and the card table chairs worked ok. I also understand a grill is probably an insurance nightmare, but if you plan to do any grilling while staying, you should pack a portable unit and pack your lawn chairs. However, you can do just fine without either. The homeowners were very responsive when we had an issue with our travel to Eldridge and worked really well with us for our timing to work.
