The spa was absolutely top-notch, offering a relaxing and luxurious experience that left us feeling completely rejuvenated. A special mention must go to Leanne in the spa, whose exemplary customer service made our visit even more memorable. The heated outdoor pool was a real treat, such a unique and relaxing touch. Breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of high-quality options that catered to all tastes. Every bite reflected the same attention to detail seen throughout the rest of the hotel. "Such a lovely hotel. Our room was pretty worn looking but clean. To make it a really top stay I'd say some updating of rooms in necessary but we loved our time there. GREAT food and fabulous staff and the hotel is in a beautiful setting. Really worth being based here to travel to Oxford and surrounding areas. "
