"Room was dirty, bathroom smells like piss, toilet didn’t flush. Elevator was broken. Shower is short so for tall people it sucks, the bed was so uncomfortable my back hurt daily from it. The mold smell was bad from the ac. The coffee maker worked fine. Tv remote was hard to use because you have to point it at the box which is behind the tv almost on the floor. So changing channels was a task. It took maintenance twenty minutes to so called fix the toilet which didn’t really flush."
"Found a bug in the bed so we wanted to leave right away. It was after normal business hours so couldn't find anyone to help. Keycards stopped working so couldn't get back into the room to get our stuff. Tried calling multiple #'s and couldn't get any help. Eventually someone came to the front & got us back into our room to get our stuff so we could leave."
