"Delightful!"

"All was excellent. Thanks"

"Everything was great."

"Nice place to stay and convenient to everything"

"Our stay started out on a bad note, as the young lady who checked us in was not at all pleasant nor welcoming. Not even a smile….we were tired after a long drive and a pleasant welcome would have been appreciated. The room was very clean and comfortable. We slept well. Breakfast was very nice, with many choices. All in all, a nice hotel, and we would stay again."

"Spacious apartment with small patio on first floor. Good security. Close to Jamestown Settlement and St. Bede Catholic Church. Plenty of parking."

"Lady at the front desk was rude"

"Staff was wonderful, pool was great, breakfast was delicious. Rooms were very nice and well kept."

"The lobby staff were all amazing and highly professional. They treated you like you were spending 5k a night. Definitely felt like they all enjoyed their job. Highly recommend this place. From service to the nice rooms we were pleasantly surprised and will stay again."

"Upon arrival the front desk clerk who helped me was in my opinion rude. I can understand if the room isn’t ready at check-in but with giving minimal information such as I’ll see what’s going but coming back with nothing is unacceptable. Then taking care of the next person offering snacks at check in and basically giving me the cold shoulder while I wait. Everyone has a bad day but if I’m not giving you attitude for my wait I don’t accept attitude for your seemingly incompetence!"

"Love the free breakfast. Lots of choices."

"All the staff were excellent, especially the front desk girl that was working every morning. So kind, friendly and helpful. she was the best front desk person we have ever encountered in all of our travels all over the world. You are very lucky to fave her as an employee."

"Perfect location for a weekend in Williamsburg. Clean rooms, nice beds, friendly staff, and delicious breakfast."
