"Hotel is for heavy smokers and night life people who likes load music till late nights. I booked for 3 nights to start with and left next day as I could not sleep or breath. BUT THEY CHARGED ME FOR 3 nights despite I checked out properly next day. I would never consider this place."

"Merkezde iki ay önce açılmış yeni bir otel. Otel temiz. Odalar gerekli donanıma sahip. Kahvaltı çeşit açısından iyi. En önemlisi, sahibi ve tüm personel çok saygılı ve yardımsever. Bizleri eski dostlarıymış gibi ağırladılar. Çok candan ve gönlü bol insanlar. Muhammed Bey, Bora Bey, Ahmet Bey ve Mertcan Beye sonsuz teşekkürler. Müşterileri ve kazançları bol olsun."

"Otel odasının duvarlarında sıva/alçı izleri var. Sanırım deprem sonrası oluşan duvardaki çatlakları kapatmışlar. Sonra badana yapma zahmetinde bile bulunmamışlar. Odanın halısı kirli ve sigara yanıklarından geçilmiyor. Kahvaltısı vasat altı. Konumundan dolayı biraz gürültülü."

"Average. did not like the receptionist service, but other guys were really good and friendly. Rooms didn’t look that clean as it’s non-smoking room but the pillows were stinging of cigarettes. I don’t know if they changed or not. "

"Konaklamadan memnun oldugum otellerden birisi oldu herkes cok guler yüzlüydü. Resepsiyondaki busra hanim her konuda yardimci oldu oda nin temizligi manzarasini begendik önündeki kucuk balkon cok şirindi. Kesinlikle gelinmesi gorulmesi gereken bir yer gölün kiyisinda."

"I expected a little more from this hotel property, since it was the highest rated property in Elazig. However, the hotel smelled stale and like cigarette smoke although the hotel seemed very clean. I was disappointed with the hotel breakfast as the choices were very few, and there was no person on duty to serve customers. However, I understand this may not be the busy season as there were not many customers there.Tthe staff were very nice and appeared to be trying their best. "
