"Hotel is for heavy smokers and night life people who likes load music till late nights. I booked for 3 nights to start with and left next day as I could not sleep or breath. BUT THEY CHARGED ME FOR 3 nights despite I checked out properly next day. I would never consider this place."

"October 2023 Excellent 4* hotel, very close to the train station. Large room, 4th floor was far above street level so very quiet when closed. Recently opened, everything new and modern. "I expected a little more from this hotel property, since it was the highest rated property in Elazig. However, the hotel smelled stale and like cigarette smoke although the hotel seemed very clean. I was disappointed with the hotel breakfast as the choices were very few, and there was no person on duty to serve customers. However, I understand this may not be the busy season as there were not many customers there.Tthe staff were very nice and appeared to be trying their best. "
