"Elevators hardly worked, rooms showing age. Staff nice, pool great. Restaurants fantastic. The location is fine, but record numbers of homeless and mentally ill walking the streets. Be safe after dark. Super noisy due to Hollywood Boulevard being used as a racetrack. "

"The front desk staff on May 23, 2025 were phenomenal! They were so friendly. Between them and the cleaning staff, we were able to check-in early which we desperately needed after a 12 hour flight. The room was very comfortable. The only issue we had was what appeared to be coffee stains on the blanket. We were far too tired to say anything at the time. We just appreciated the excellent service."
