"Nice hotel. Excellent and very friendly and helpful staff. No food available on site but available very close by. Also convenient to attractions by using metro stop very close to hotel. Staff gave great explanations for using metro. Walkable to some attractions. Staff loaned umbrellas to us when needed. Room was was small. Did not seem to have working air conditioning. Would recommend based on location and excel staff."

"We had so many issues trying to pay the cash taxes. We asked the girl to come pick up the cash at 5ish when we checked in and she showed up at past 9pm, everyone was in bed (since we had a very early flight that day), the next day she came to pick up the money and didn't bring any type of receipt, she then asked me to walk to a partner hostel. I go to the hostel, they tell me that they don't have change, and they were not aware that I was going to pay and that it wasnt needed to go there, this...
