"Love this hotel! Why? Clean, spacious, and minutes from El Prat Airport in Barcelona. We had a 5:55 am flight out and my first question to the desk was “where do it get coffee at 3 in the morning” Guess what, they have a self serve coffee machine on every floor! Ready to go! Caught the 3:20 am shuttle and we’re off!"

"Everything is really amazing sp the employer iseabel so helpful and nice"

"Bien placé, superbe terrasse."

"Beautiful property"

"This hotel is very clean and the staff very welcoming. Location is convenient. I highly recommend it."

"Grums Hotel & Spa, Barcelona – Our Pre-Cruise Experience We stayed at Grums Hotel & Spa for two nights before joining our cruise. Some of the staff were lovely, friendly and helpful, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, other aspects of our stay were disappointing. We paid €40 for an early check-in and were then advised that an additional 30 minutes at checkout would cost another €20. Having travelled extensively over many years, we felt these charges were excessive, particularly for such a...

"Avoid avoid avoid. This is categorically not a 4* experience. I tried 2 rooms and both the basic and superior double were awful. Feels like a conference centre. First room looked into a foyer and had no natural light. Both rooms bathrooms were outdated, tired, mouldy and poorly kept. Staff did not respond adequately to my concerns. As with many other reviews, this is 2-3* at best"

"Reception is too bad I asked for double room for 2 person first day they gave me small room ( I thing it is single room ) about 12 msq with small bed 135 cm We could not sleep well it was bad night I took to the reception 3 times after that they changed my room to a good room but the problme all of the rooms bed are 2 single beds!!!!! and AC not working well ."

"Some room equipment was old and outdated, but overall it was a great stay! Breakfast was excellent."

"Highly recommend this hotel as it was very clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location is amazing!"
