Die Anklage ist sehr gepflegt. Sehr nette Tennistrainer und Animation. Der Tauchlehrer sowie mehrere Gastro-Mitarbeiter waren leider zu militärisch streng oder „bin nur nett wenn Trinkgeld“ unterwegs. Sonst passt alles.

Wir waren schon zum 5. mal im Dezember (Sonnengarantie, bei 25°C am Tag) in diesem Hotel. Wir bleiben immer 8-10 Nächte. Wir lieben das Hotel!: die Lage mitten in der Wüste, der Riff mit den vielen bunten Fischen, der Strand, das stets nette Personal, das Essen, der MyMo Club (Kinderclub), die Kurse, das Entertainment (Partys wie Sundowner oder Schaumparty, und die Shows!). Die Sylvesterparty ist jedes Jahr der Hammer. Auch der Touranbieter "Chill Tours" ist sehr zu empfehlen (tolle Quadtours, etc).

Great little break

Great location. Well maintained. Food was good, entertainment and wellness team excellent, reception team need to take more ownership (believe a cultural thing as not just this resort - when things go well - fabulous- when things go wrong 'not my problem')

Zimmer sind sauber, aber altbacken. Seit 2008 keine Veränderung ersichtlich. Restaurant ist gut, aber die Auswahl war schon mal größer. Es müsste mal über die Einrichtung in der Lobby nachgedacht werden. Alles in allem guter Service. Riff ist super gelegen.

Unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen. Essen war außerordentlich lecker. Tolles Sportprogramm mit kompetenten Trainern und Trainerinnen. Corona Maßnahmen wurden seitens des Personals umgesetzt und befolgt, was man leider nicht von allen Gästen behaupten konnte. Strand-Laguna sauber und toll gelegen. Tauchen im Riff ist ein Traum. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Das WLAN sollte unbedingt verbessert werden. Werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

+Tolles Club Hotel mit vielen Möglichkeiten aber trotzdem unaufdringlich. +Tolles Animations Team! +Absolut tolles und hervorragendes Buffet! +Meist freundliches und gutes Personal. -W-LAN muss dringend besser resp. zuverlässiger werden!!! -Mindestens an einem Pool sollte das Baden auch nach Sonnenuntergang gestattet sein!!!

Great stay

Great holiday could not fault anything would recommend a stay you won't be disappointed. Nice clean rooms, friendly staff, great choice of food, local alcohol but branded sort drinks, private beach and lagoon great for snorkelling, main pool for activities and slide pool for kids and adults also a relax pool overlooking the sea.
