Starting with the staff to all the amenities the hotel has like jet skies, pádel boards, boats, a private beach, indoor jacuzzi, etc etc I was just extremely happy with my stay. "My family and I had a wonderful stay at Ibuku. The place is a dream and the views are so beautiful it’s almost unreal. Customer service was top notch, we traveled with my mom and did not realize there were a lot of steps, they moved us to a different cabin without hesitation to make her stay more comfortable, also brought breakfast to the cabin. The surroundings are full of nature, my daughter was in love with their dogs 🌺. "
