"Check in went extremely well and fast ! Everyone was so very friendly! The staff went above and beyond to try to help ! The food was delicious nd prices were within my budget! The room was very nice and clean ! The morning service was above excellent!! The night staff were very attentive to my request and my needs ! They helped me with my breakfast my shuttle to the airport and they were so very friendly and willing to help in my situation of being handicapped! I can’t say enough about this hotel !! It is my second stay and this is why I came back because of how much they care about there clients! If you want a star rating it goes well above a standard 5-10 it is above 100 💥. "This place should have its own category for its excellence. The staff, scenery, service, rooms, Its everything! It was beyond perfect. I would go back in a heartbeat as those people take your comfort very seriously. Even the dog took care of us! Seriously. This place covers all your needs and they work with you. But you need to ask the right questions. This isn't the USA, so don't assume that everything is inclusive. Their prices are pretty good and I would recommend anyone to go there. Just communicate and give them time to make it happen. They will not dissappoint you. HINT. Take the boat ride in and out of the place. The roads are .. well I guess you will find out when you order a cab to take you to Penol or Guatape haha. "
