Customer service was top notch, we traveled with my mom and did not realize there were a lot of steps, they moved us to a different cabin without hesitation to make her stay more comfortable, also brought breakfast to the cabin. The surroundings are full of nature, my daughter was in love with their dogs 🌺. "

"This place should have its own category for its excellence. The staff, scenery, service, rooms, Its everything! It was beyond perfect. I would go back in a heartbeat as those people take your comfort very seriously. Even the dog took care of us! Seriously. This place covers all your needs and they work with you. But you need to ask the right questions. This isn't the USA, so don't assume that everything is inclusive. Their prices are pretty good and I would recommend anyone to go there. Just communicate and give them time to make it happen. They will not dissappoint you. HINT. Take the boat ride in and out of the place. "Made the reservation in Expedia and when we got to the property they said it was already taken, nobody help you from the property and also didn’t take any responsibility at all, their response was rude and didn’t care at all that we arrived at night and didn’t have any place to stay, they booked the room to multiple customers to have the best $$$ for them and then acted like the reservation didn’t exist, DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!
