"This was my fifth stay at the Majestic hotels. Overall, we enjoyed our stays here that’s why we keep coming back. But we probably won’t be returning here again. Twice, all our keys were desactivated so we have to walk back to the lobby in our wet bathing suits, wait in line for half an hour then we can go back to our room. Both time they just won’t give us the real reason why. And it’s not because of our cell phones because they are bracelet keys and it happen to all of us at the same time. Maybe it’s time to try something new. Other than these pissed off moments, everything else was still good. Love the many cats there."
