"The resort was beautiful a few problems that I had personally number one the fourth floor of building 9 between 3rd and 4th floor was darker than dark so for a women and children and and seniors that would have been terrifying because they don't know if anybody linking around what have you and then the fact that the checkout and check-in took a whole century because they're they're on back they're doing backlogs on paper instead of instead of digital and then and the most respectful way not one person on the property that I can remember spoke any English so it was a language barrier barely so those are my things right there that had issues with."

"I had a truly fantastic vacation at Serenade Punta Cana Beach Hotel. This is the kind of place where, the moment you arrive, you forget about everything outside the resort. All worries stay behind the hotel walls, and you can fully enjoy every moment of your stay. The food is delicious and varied, offering something for every taste. The service is excellent, and the staff are incredibly hardworking, kind, and attentive -always there to make sure you feel absolutely wonderful. Their warm attitude creates an atmosphere that makes you feel special and completely relaxed. I will happily return to this hotel again and again. Serenade Punta Cana is a place that captures your heart."

"I enjoyed my stay at Breathless! The staff was very warm and kind. Maria near the lobby bar was especially friendly to me and I appreciate it since I was there solo. The lobby bartenders made the best drinks so I was there every night. Silk City Teppanyaki experience was great. The strip grill was hit or miss. My order came out wrong or missing something. And on my second night choosing there the waiter walked away while I was still talking. The Host was helpful though. Overall, I will be back."

"No me gustó el trato de las meseras en el área del buffet, excepto de Ana que fue excelente. Nunca me orientaron sobre que tenía que pagar por entrar al parque acuático. Por lo demás no me quejo, todo muy bueno."

"The entire resort was wonderful. The staff were attentive and they upgraded our stay due to it being our 30th wedding anniversary. We also were there for my husbands birthday and they left a cake in the room for him. Would definitely recommend it and plan on going back. I do not have a negative thing to say about the resort or exceptional staff! Rocio was our waitress at the pool and went above and beyond to keep our cups full. She remembered our names and our drinks which we switched up often."

"Top notch from start to finish. This is our third time at an Majestic Resort in Punta Cana. I want to call out some of the staff that went above and beyond the entire time. First we'd love to thank our butler Leonardo. He took care of everything for us from making our reservations, getting us a streamer, checking in on us multiple times a day, getting our bags to our room, and so much more. Leonardo was so full of energy and made us feel so welcomed. We spent a lot of time at the pool bar and two of the bartenders really went above and beyond. Ismael and Sugely quickly remembered us and remembered our favorite drinks. They were so great and always were smiling. The animation team was amazing as well. They literally are there all day and coming up with really fun activities for everyone to do. Some of the animation team that went above and beyond for us were, Yocasta, Teresa AKA Betty Boo, and Xavier. They were so nice and got us involved so much and made the trip so much fun. We also had the pleasure to interact with Sena in the Kids Club area. He was so welcoming and even taught us some sayings that they use in D.R. that we started using with other staff members and they really enjoyed us knowing the saying. The Majestic overall is so beautiful and all of the staff is so friendly. Truly we will only will ever stay at a Majestic property when traveling to Punta Cana because of how clean the property is, the activities, and how great this staff was and always has been."
