"First of all, the pics shown for this property are outdated as this house is no longer yellow, it's now white. We were told that the check in was at 2pm; however, the house was not ready until 4pm, then the pics that shows multiple bunkbeds is also incorrect as there were only two mattresses directly on the floor. "I loved that this place was so small (only three rooms) and right on the beach. It was an easy walk to restaurants, hangout spots and the surf breaks. I was looking for an affordable place to stay in Popoyo that had a shared kitchen but I am in my 40s and didn't want to stay at a party hostel. Wild Waves was PERFECT for me! "We absolutely loved our stay at Costa Oeste. It is the most beautiful corner of the world, right on a swimmable beach. There are at least 3 (good) restaurants within walking distance, in addition to the fantastic food and cocktails at the hotel. There are also the most gorgeous cats that live there (I fell in love with them). We were there for 4 nights with our two kids (11 and 15) who loved it also. Its calm, peaceful, and heavenly. Thanks to the staff that made it so special for us."
