"We had a great stay at this hotel. It is a huge place with lots of pool and restaurant options, and brilliant staff. The restaurant setup is fairly unique, we ate at five different options even without being able to sample the top two (as they are adults only and we had our baby with us). Smart dress is required at each, reservations pretty much mandatory to get in due to the demand (it was. busy week when we stayed). Decent mix of cuisines, some variability in service but most staff were brilliant. Breakfast was a highlight, so many options and a great set up. As we were travelling with a baby we didn't get to use too many ameneties but from what I saw the spa looked lovely and it seemed to be a good place to bring children 3+ years old with the extra facilities and events for them. I wish some of the entertainment had been available earlier in the evenings, music shows seemed to start quite late assuming everyone had a late dinner, which didn't suit me. But that was a minor issue."

"A lovely hotel set in a great location. It was just sometimes difficult to arrange dinner at the time you would like. Also the coffee at breakfast could be improved. It would also be good if they opened the main indoor restaurant for dinner when it rains instead of cramming everyone into the limited indoor space at some of the restaurants as it made for an unpleasent experience."

"Great heated pools, loved the much needed adults only pool area. Lovely staff and good variety of food for lunch. Beds were very comfortable and nice quiet air conditioning"

"Great facilities, immaculately clean and a great standard. Great location for us as was up a hill to get there with great views over the sea. We didn’t mind the hill but less able people would perhaps find an issue so ensure you are aware"

"Room wasn't that clean. Walked around for 10 minutes in bear feet and my feet were black. Also see blue slush puppy stains on the coffee table so obviously never got wiped over. Had a massive balcony with sea views but unfortunately didn't get much sun on the balcony really. Air conditioning was good and overall a nice hotel. What was nice is you can get free shuttle to the beach and back."

"Pool area was super and pool bar staff, particularly Miriam, were excellent. Rooms are on the smaller side compared to other 5 star hotels, but sufficient and clean. Large choice at breakfast although always very busy and hard to get a table. Main disapppintment were the drinks. At breakfast the fresh orange squash was very diluted with water and tasted like squash. At the pool, the beer and the soft drinks were also extremely watered down, which was annoying as we weren’t all inclusive so we were paying full price for terrible tasting drinks. This needs to be improved. Snacks at pool bar are basic but tasty and not too expensive. We did not eat in hotel in the evenings so cannot comment on restaurant food. Lovely hotel and super holiday but could easily be even better."
