"Absolutely perfect apartment everything needed for a stay in Valencia.Host Vincente was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble,from meeting us off our late flight in person to booking us a taxi to the airport. He gave us so much great advise on restaurants and things to see and do. We would not hesitate to recommend his apartment."

"No problems with our stay, but know that staff, although very helpful and kind, are only on site in the early part of the day. Airport pick-up was arranged for us. The apartment was secure, clean, ample storage & in great shape, but some of the furniture could be improved, especially the bedside "tables". "Spacious, convenient and comfortable. Perfect for my requirements (solo traveller, intent on lots of sightseeing). Only concern was the shower tray filled easily and flooded the area around the shower and toilet, but mop and bucket handy so able to clean. Excellent communication regarding access to the building, had to ask for address to office. May be handy to have included in WhatsApp communication, but quick to reply when asked. "

"The property actually exceeded my expectations. I assumed that the extra sleeping was only on a pullout sofa, which would’ve been terrible… But there was a loft with two beds above, so our unit could sleep easily for people comfortably and maybe a fifth. There was not a toaster oven, which was a disappointment. But otherwise there was the typical small European shower and kitchenette."

Excellent stay in the wonderful city of Valencia
"Excellent stay at this 4 star hotel. Lovely view over the park and old town. We were greeted by Iker on reception who was so helpful and friendly. He gave informative advice on restaurants and places to visit on our first visit to Valencia. He is a credit to this hotel. I would recommend this hotel and stay here again. A short 7 euro taxi ride from the centre and easy access from the airport by metro."
