"Beautiful hotel. Room was an amazing we stayed in a junior suite. So many amenities even hair straighteners. Nothing was too much trouble. Lovely surprise for a birthday treat of bubbly balloons and cake. Brest breakfast selection and wonderful views from the 9 th floor restaurant. "

"Incredible service. Staff went and retrieved our car from a parking garage and reparked it at the hotel. On our day of departure staff loaded up the car with our bags and had it parked and waiting for us out in front of the hotel at the time we told them we needed to leave. They mailed our passports to us when we realized we had left them behind in our hotel room safe. Their dining recommendations were incredible and the hotel itself is so neat with all the history relics scattered throughout the property."

"The hotel is right in the middle of Velencia and has everythign you need in walking distance. The Metro is close as well. The hotel staff was great and the rooms were well appointed and clean. They also had large lockers to hold your luggage instead of a bellhop and I thought that was both a unique and useful option that i loved."

"The breakfast was beyond great. We loved every time we had breakfast there. The bathrooms are small but clean. There no usb connection to charge your phones had to buy one and a power adapter. The staff were very nice and a great location."
