"Secrets Aura Cozumel was absolutely fantastic! Never had to wait to be seated at any of the a la carte restaurants, staff was always friendly and constantly checking on us to make sure everything is taken care of! Do not ignore the hotel's advice about bringing bug spray as mosquitos can bite in the evening. Overall could not be more pleased and happy with the resort and staff!"

"Our family enjoyed our stay very much. We liked all of the dining options. The ocean this time of year is basically off limits due to the seaweed, but the pools are huge.
The only draw back we have is the persistence of the salespeople to sign up for their "one hour" tour of the facility to sell you a time share like package. We were thoroughly exhausted from our morning of travel and during check in they push you to sign up for a time to do the tour. I tried expressing that we were very tired and would like to think about it and let them know. They still put us down for a time the next day. So, be prepared to have them really try to get you to sign up on your arrival.
Otherwise, it was fantastic! "

"this is the 5th time my family has stayed with this resort. Please, i highly recommend providing juice atleast but preferably coffee as early as 4am. To not provide any liquids for your customers and be told to go to 7/11 i do not feel is acceptable. Outside of this, we love this place."
