"I stayed here a couple of years ago and the place was really nice now its starting to become a run down building and the maintenance is lacking. The handle cover was missing, no mirror on the door and a bunch of little things. The overall building was subpar. I wont be coming back here anytime soon."

"We loved everything about our stay here! The service was fantastic. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. The food and cocktails were all fantastic. The building and grounds were absolutely stunning, and the rooms were well appointed with amenities... robes, slippers, mini bar, nice turn down service, good products, safe, nice closet space, and so on. We had a massage and facial in the spa, and those were all excellent as well. The spa has a steam room and is very nice; the service is excellent. It does not have a ton of amenities (hot tub, sauna, etc). Even the pool chaises were gorgeous. The butler was very responsive. We looked at the other nice hotels while there... this was by far the prettiest one and best located. It is not directly in the middle of shopping, etc, but it is close to everything. The top restaurants were an easy walk. Having Uber sevice was huge too, though we only needed it a few times this was so close to everything. Honestly perfect on every metric, we hope to be back! Even the breakfast buffet and service were lovely and decadent. "
