"We chose this apartment based upon its location, size, and a review that stated it had a sunny balcony from 10-5 in the winter. We were not disappointed and really enjoyed all 3 months here in our home away from home. The hosts have a well equipped kitchen which was very important to us including little things like an apron, multiples of things like measuring cups and plastic storage containers. They also had a rolling grocery cart which we didn't use but it was nice that it was available....

"Dès le début la communication avec le propriétaire était au top, réactif. Heureusement qu'il y avait la clim car il a fait très chaud. L'appartement est très bien équipé. Tout mais vraiment tout, même les serviettes de plage, le parasol, une chaise de plage, des raquettes de tennis et des balles pour jouer sur le terrain dans la résidence qui est à côté de la piscine. Y avait même des ombrelle, mais je ne me suis pas servi. Je ne suis pas à ma première location mais celle ci est top. Seul bemol,...

"Great Location, right on the beach front. The sellers local agent was lovely and quick to answer any questions and give tips when handing over keys. A few essential in the apartment when we arrived where really welcomed and lovely touch. Really enjoyed our stay."

Très moderne, une vue magnifique sur la mer, la piscine et les montagnes avoisinantes. À quelques minutes à pied de la plage, de l'autobus #21 et du tramway. Un gros merci à Maya qui a su répondre avec une grande diligence et professionnalisme, aux rares petits problèmes rencontrés pendant notre séjour."

"Fabulous apartment with a wonderful host. Our second stay for a month in two years. The apartment is like a home from home and extremely well equipped. Opposite the apartment is the most fantastic beach, and there are many excellent cafes, restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. The nearby tram takes you straight into Alicante, with its fabulous shops, restaurants and marina. HIGHLY RECOMMEND"
