"We had a very good stay in this modern apartment (with access by lift) in the old town, convenient for restaurants, public transport, supermarket and Mercado Central. The building is a bit difficult to locate as there is no name on the outside. There is some street noise from nearby bars on a few nights but this is common in Spanish cities."

Our second day we had trouble with the lock. Oscar was there to help in minutes. It was something we were doing wrong, yet he was very pleasant about the whole thing. "This is a spacious property on a quiet street in an extremely good location for the tram and bus system. Marisa and Joaquin met us from the bus and provided loads of information about Alicante and it's surroundings which we found very useful. They were very friendly and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay"

"We chose this apartment based upon its location, size, and a review that stated it had a sunny balcony from 10-5 in the winter. We were not disappointed and really enjoyed all 3 months here in our home away from home. The hosts have a well equipped kitchen which was very important to us including little things like an apron, multiples of things like measuring cups and plastic storage containers. They also had a rolling grocery cart which we didn't use but it was nice that it was available....
