"The rooms were very cute and clean. I love the updated look. The bathtub (needs a plug) was huge! A great place to relax after a long day of visiting Barcelona. The Public Transportation was about a block away. I am not used to using subways in the city I live and it was really easy to navigate. We even had a package delivered to us before we arrived and they held the package until we arrived. Wonderful customer service! The hotel felt very safe and secure. You need a key to enter the building, so the busyness of the street is not an issue at all. There is even a grocery store across the street for anything you may need. Plenty of food options around the building. The only complaint I had about this place was the efficiency of the elevators. They worked fine, but felt like they may need some servicing."

"This was the best customer service from any hotel we have stayed in. If you want to be treated like a King or Queen this is your place. The hotel has charm, from the trim and furniture of the lobby to Chandelier in your room. Air condition was great , rainfall shower head was awesome. I cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed are stay. You will not regret picking this hotel. Only thing I wasn't thrilled with , was both bars. Everyone was friendly but they seemed overwhelmed when they didn't need to be "

"A lovely comfortable stay, it was my birthday so they kindly upgraded our room, wrote a cute message on the mirror, and we ordered a bottle of carva to celebrate. The room was comfortable with a very large bed, three roof space was nice with comfortable sun loungers, great location and overall we left wanting to visit more from the chain"
