"Heruntergekommene und verdreckte Unterkunft. Angekündigte Leistungen (Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Toilettenpapier) wurden nicht erbracht. TV, WLAN, Kaffeemaschine und selbst Basics wie ein Rauchmelder waren nicht vorhanden. Auf Nachfrage wurde man vertröstet und bis zur Abreise keinerlei Abhilfe geschaffen. Wiederliche Unterkunft, die umgehend aus der Buchung bei Expedia entfernt werden MUSS! Eine Erstattungsforderung geht in Kürze an Sie raus!"

"Although close to city Centre (convenient) and train station, the room was dusty and dingy and did not deliver as advertised in the description (decor was dated and mismatched, tv didn’t work, floorboards unsafe). Communication was good with the managers but follow through did not happen (eg soap promised for bathroom but none delivered). "

"The apartment does not correspond in numerous essential points to the equipment stated in the description: The studio (?) has only around 30 to 40m2 (60m2 are stated), there is no kitchen, no working TV, no tumble dryer, the washing machine may only be operated by the landlady. There is also no closet (only an open "wardrobe" in a kind of storage room), there is only one small side table, only one bedside table and generally no bedside lamps, no hairdryer in the bathroom. There are three doors...

"The images and features of the apartment I booked on-line was completely different than what I received! A bit upsetting as no wi-fi code provided, no AC, and communications with host were challenging. Would I stay here again? No. The photographs I will include the bright blue place I booked and less impressive place they gave me, after trying to put me into a 1-bedroom when I booked a 2-bedroom…"
