"It was close to a squat. Broken glass n furniture in common areas. There were 5 hammer marks on the door where someone tried to break in to the apartment. There was a homeless guy living in the stairwell ffs. I had to leave n find somewhere else. Despite telling Expedia all the they have failed to get back to me…."

"We were disappointed with the accommodations. Bedsheets and bath towels were extra (had to make our own beds), we had to go out to buy toilet paper and dish detergent, stove was difficult to make it work, there was too much noise from other guests. The place has potential to be very nice, but they need to up their game."

"Wir hatten die Ferienwohnung Nr.4 für 12 Personen. Es sollten laut Beschreibung 4 Doppelzimmer in 1. Etage und 1 Vierbettzimmer in 2. Etage sein. Tatsächlich gab es in der 1. Etage nur 3 Zimmer: 1 Doppelbettzimmer und 2 Dreibettzimmer mit Etagenbett. Da auch ältere Rentner dabei waren, war dies ein unmöglicher Zustand!! Das Vierbettzimmer in der 2. Etage existierte nicht. "My brief weekend trip to Maastricht was made even more special by the kindness and efforts of Francine during my stay in her lovely home to ensure that I enjoyed my stay. It is everything and more than the photos and description can indicate. She even loaned me one of her bikes so I could go to an afternoon appointment nearby. I will look forward to returning to enjoy this lovely spot again!"
