"Very unique property. Really cool infinity pool and catwalk over the event space. Junior Suite was great, regular room less great--stayed in both as we arrived a day early. A little disappointed the hotel wouldn't honour the price we paid for the 4 day stay in a Junior Suite when we added a day due to the Farmer-road-blockades. "low price and internet works, but hole house uneven, steep stairs only usuable with hand rail. Front door not closed and not monitored hence not safe. Room only one socket. \did not trust the shower - only one for 10 rooms. The shower also is the toilet. This hotel is managed by another hotel, and it is there you need to park which claims to be rated 8.2. This is more a 2.8..."

"First of all, the staff is absolutely amazing. Courteous, friendly, professional. My room was a bit of a mixed experience. It was spacious and well appointed, but the carpet was wrinkled in a way that it looked like it hadn’t been laid properly. The water temperature in the shower fluctuated between freezing and scalding. The bed was a bit soft, but that’s more of a personal preference issue. "

"The hotel is the other side of the railway from the town centre so has to be reached by tunnel under the station - the nearest one is ok but the next one was not nice and there were people begging outside the supermarket next to the hotel. The hotel, however is fine - my room was large enough with fridge and good wardrobe and although my room looked down on the railway platforms I didn't hear anything when the window was closed. I would use it again."

"I booked this hotel because it had a restaurant. During my 4 day stay there was a coach trip in the hotel and this took over the restaurant with a buffet for the coach trip. There was no restaurant menu for the other guests and this was very disappointing."

"We very much enjoyed our stay here. Our bedroom was spacious and the bed very comfortable. The food was excellent and the views over the Rhine were beautiful. The staff were very friendly and I liked the fact that I could practice my German without them immediately going into English! My only small complaint was that I would have liked a bathtub in the bathroom which was spacious enough to have one. Otherwise it was a lovely hotel and we hope to come again sometime."

"The place was a lovely hotel not far from the Christmas market. All staff and facilities excellent, the room was on the smaller side but had everything we needed. The breakfast was a bit expensive at €18.50 per head so we decided not to purchase breakfast. The hotel does have parking but only 18 spaces for the whole hotel which are never available. There is a multistorey car park opposite the hotel which is €18 per 24hrs max"

"The location was great and the room was spacious! The location was convenient to the train and so many shops and restaurants. I liked that they provided a fan in the room because it did get a little warm and it didn’t seem like the room had AC. I was a bit disappointed because it said it had laundry facilities and laundry service but they didn’t and when we asked, they were helpful in searching for a location for us to do laundry at. "

"Pleasantly surprised. Very good location. 500M from the cathedral and old town. There is parking, but you need to book it in advance. We parked a block away as we didn’t know. "The hotel was ok, but very tired. No check-in after 8pm which is just ridiculous, we had to leave what we were doing, go check-in and then return which cost us 90mins in wasted time. Saying there is free parking isn’t really true as you have to park on the side of the road, they let you park on the car wash forecourt next door, but you have to move it by 8am. We didn’t have any food so Cannot comment on that. The mattresses & pillows were tired and very soft."
