There is a lack of visibility of the staff onsite, in my 3 night stay I only saw front lady staff once. They only keep the front desk opened within certain hours, but even then when I went down to speak with someone, there was no one to be found. "Great location with views of the area and walking distance to Lucerne. The balcony was a pleasant surprise. Room size and bathroom were good size. Only downside was the restaurant was closed on Monday during our stay which forced us off the property to find our meals."
