"The hotel is lovely, well situated and very clean. Staff were few but very pleasant Spa was ok, but pool not very big Food was high quality and well presented Booked on line for restaurant, but no record of bookings when we checked in. All in all 7out of 10"

"A beautiful setting. The parkland with peacocks and chickens was great to walk around with our dog. Rooms spacious and clean with good facilities and restaurant food excellent. Staff were super friendly and helpful - a great place to stay especially as a base for walking/visiting the Lake Distrct."
