"An extremely well run hotel with beautiful, clean, well-equipped rooms. Breakfast buffet was excellent and included in the price. Tip - Hotel Hoppa is infrequent, complicated and unreliable. There are several TFL (Transport For London) options to Heathrow Central Bus Station which stop directly outside Hyatt Place every 10 - 15 minutes. Also, there are TFL options from the terminals to Hyatt Place which are easily figured out with a quick Google search. Just need to scan your credit card on entry for a nominal £1 charge. Super quick, easy & virtually free. I will stay at Hyatt Place for all my layovers hereafter. Great hotel! Worth paying a little more."

"Staff was great helped with suggestions and when to stay away from the protest happening. Even during check-in they made every possible accommodation possible when we arrived so early. The live music at the restaurant was very nice. The hallways on our floor could have been better kept. We saw the same champagne glasses in front of a room for the 3 day we stayed. It was close enough to the metro where we took that everywhere to get around. Solid place to stay. And our view was fantastic. "

"Very convenient to everything, ie transportation, pharmacy, food, clothing. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Bed in superior individual room was wonderfully comfortable. Liked all the tech outlets. Only issue was in the bathroom. Looked like rust or dirt around some of the floor attachments. Very busy hotel but they seemed to handle that well. Would love to stay there again."

"The free breakfast had a large, diverse selection of food including gluten free products. The hotel's location was a short distance from the tube and several major bus lines so getting around the city was very convenient. The room was comfortable with an area to hang clothes but only one drawer for other clothing. The room was not large, but that's not important to me because when on vacation, I use the room for sleeping and not much more. The shower was good size with great overhead rain capability. I would stay at Riu Plaza again. "
