Upon arrival I was told that I had reserved for the following weekend. We were all exhausted and now didn't know what to do. Shyra was at the front desk and she was amazing. She kept mom (me) calm and helped us work with Expedia to change the room to that night. What could have ended as a terrible evening ended up being one of the best hotel experiences of the trip. My 10 year old daughter talked about how nice she was and how much she liked her every time we walked past the desk until the moment we left. To top it off, she made sure we were fed the next morning with breakfast. Shyra, I hope you see this. Know that you made a huge difference for us on our trip home and we appreciate you. "we went to St. Louis to see the arch and got a room with the view of the arch. We opened our curtains and went to sleep looking at thel lighted up arch! It was wonderful, the comfort of the bed was wonderful and the morning complementary breakfast was wonderful. We would totally stay here again."
