"I have stayed at this hotel on multiple occassions, during long road trips. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The rooms are extremely basic and it's been 50/50 for me if the tv works, but everything is always super clean and the bed and pillows are some of the most comfortable I've come across. Great for traveling with dogs. The hotel can be kind of loud if you get the wrong neighbors, but mostly, I've had good experiences. And the best part, it's a fantastic deal."

"Very modern, up to date hotel. Pet friendly ( up to 2 dogs or cats accepted w/ nightly fee $15 per pet). Clean, comfortable room with closet ( many hotels don't have true closet anymore). Room also has: Basic coffee machine ( not Keurig), small fridge and microwave in room. Continental Breakfast with only a couple hot items. Day I checked out hot breakfast was pork sausage and biscuits w/ gravy and I don't eat pork ☹️) . Hotel right by Walmart and Golden Corral restaurant, otherwise have to drive for places to eat. "

"Property is clean. Staff is attentive, polite and English language challenged. I had to request bath towels, paper, and tissue upon check- in. One-time anomoly. Otherwise, I recommend this property."

"Stayed 2 nights at the end of February 2026. From check in to when we pulled away it was a great experience. Will always check for a Drury Inn going forward. Great room. Comfortable bed. Really good breakfast and a free dinner every night. Add a nice heated pool and hot tub and it’s a great place to stay and reasonably priced. Our only complaint was no lock on the bathroom door. The pool was also so overwhelmingly busy a few times but that’s no fault of the hotel. Highly recommend you stay here if you have to stay in Springfield. "

"Wasnt told there was no working elevator until we arrived at the property and then was told our room Was on the third floor, although the front desk worker did offer to help us get our suitcase to our room! There was no cold water in the shower!"
