"Loud room. The noise of the HVAC system woke me throughout night. With earplugs. Towel rack in backroom positioned right above shower faucet so be careful you don't crack your head on it. "

"Stayed 2 nights at the end of February 2026. From check in to when we pulled away it was a great experience. Will always check for a Drury Inn going forward. Great room. Comfortable bed. Really good breakfast and a free dinner every night. Add a nice heated pool and hot tub and it’s a great place to stay and reasonably priced. Our only complaint was no lock on the bathroom door. The pool was also so overwhelmingly busy a few times but that’s no fault of the hotel. Highly recommend you stay here if you have to stay in Springfield. "

"Wasnt told there was no working elevator until we arrived at the property and then was told our room Was on the third floor, although the front desk worker did offer to help us get our suitcase to our room! There was no cold water in the shower!"

"Comfortable room, quiet and clean. Great breakfast. The 2 front desk staff members I encountered (day and night) were not friendly; both seemed annoyed to have to work but otherwise a great stay. Would've given 5 stars if not for the rude staff. "
