I like how close to Walmart it is, the parks, full kitchen, washer and dryer. The staff are all friendly. I dont like the dirtyness of the hallways, extremely dated furniture/blankets/carpeting, staff never activates the keys long enough, so i get locked out with my kids at very inconvenient times(however they do bring new keys over when asked), no clear breakfast menu or times, i assume the people in the suites have to dart across the highway to pickup a brown paper bag of generic hotel breakfast items then run back across with it with children. I called before my stay to confirm they had my reservation (last time i showed up, they already sold my room and I had to downgrade), a man answered and said "i cant check anything like that, my computer is down, busy doing its own thing, sorry" this sounds like the same system they had since i worked there in 2013 which had that problem, so i guess i understood, but maybe time for an upgrade. Overall still my favorite hotel in Edson because of the apartment style rooms.
