"You really need to improve your cleaning standards. It’s disappointing to see conditions allowed to decline to this level. The elevator doors were noticeably dirty, which suggests that key areas are being overlooked. As someone with cleaning experience, I find this well below acceptable standards. Addressing basic maintenance, such as repainting the doors, would make a significant difference."

"We spent one night during our travels. The room was clean but the bathroom was dated and due for a refresh. Upon check in, we were told that breakfast was from 6:30 am until 9:30 am. What they didn't tell us was that it was not complimentary. The only thing complimentary was regular coffee (no decaf or tea)."

"They are under renovations, they were very accommodating, they put us in a new room and it was great for the price. Needs a coffee maker in the room, but very clean, lots of towels, and most other amenities. Fridge, microwave, cups etc... , gave us a late check out. Can't beat it for the price!"
